Nominations are now open for the Annual PSA Queensland Branch Awards. They close on Monday 24 September.
Intern Pharmacist of the Year
The PSA Intern Pharmacist of the Year award recognises a role model from amongst those young pharmacists who, during the year of the award, has enrolled in and commenced the PSA National Intern Training Program.
The winner receives a refund of their NITP fee, and his or her name engraved on the Honour Boards in perpetuity.

Bowl of Hygeia
The Bowl of Hygeia award recognises exceptional individual service to the profession.
It is awarded to a member of PSA who has demonstrated a consistently high standard of professional practice in support of the principles of pharmacy service to the community.
It can be awarded for:
- Excellence and innovation in practice development
- Services’ development
- Advocacy
- Education
The winner receives an individually crafted Bowl of Hygeia and their names inscribed on the Honour Board in perpetuity
