PSA CPD Plan
Personal learning plans encourage learning consistent with the individual’s professional role.
Identifying these needs can involve assessing personal competence against the competency standards for the particular area in which the pharmacist is working, or self-assessing against the professional practice standards.
It also involves reflecting on everyday practice to highlight areas of interest, as well as any limitations in professional practice.
The PSA is currently developing an online tool for members to be able to create an individual learning plan to support them in meeting board requirements. The tool will be available later this year. In the interim the resources below will assist with developing a learning plan.
The PSA is holding workshops across Australia from August to October 2016 to walk you through the process of developing your personal CPD Plan using PSA’s new online CPD planning tool.
