Personal learning plans
Personal learning plans encourage learning consistent with the individual’s professional role.
Identifying these needs can involve assessing personal competence against the competency standards for the particular area in which the pharmacist is working, or self-assessing against the professional practice standards.
It also involves reflecting on everyday practice to highlight areas of interest, as well as any limitations in professional practice.
