Certificate II in Community Pharmacy
The Certificate II in Community Pharmacy training courses is a nationally recognised qualification.
Certificate II level is the entry level into the pharmacy industry and the PSA provides this qualification as a workplace training pathway. Units of competency include health product knowledge, administration, sales and marketing, dispensary and service delivery.
Blended delivery methods include face-to-face sessions in groups or individually in the workplace, live classroom workshops, self-paced learner guides, online learning portal, workplace projects and ongoing mentoring and support via email, telephone and one-on-one tutorials.
