Learn how to encourage high performance through the use of performance indicators and regular feedback. Coach for excellence. Develop your knowledge and skills in work allocation and the methods to review performance, reward excellence and provide feedback where there is a need for improvement.

Become an effective manager by developing an understanding of the link between performance management and performance development.

This unit supports individuals who are responsible for managing the performance of staff who report to them directly.
