Develop and implement a holistic approach to the integration of innovation across the pharmacy. Implement strategies to encourage innovative thinking in staff and allow them to develop innovative approaches to job tasks.
Apply the knowledge you learn to lead innovation by example, establish work practices that support innovation, promote innovation and provide learning opportunities for the team.
This unit supports individuals working in leadership or management roles that could be employed by the organisation, but may also be an external contractor, the leader of a cross organisation team or of a self-formed team of individuals.
