The Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51915) will develop your skills and knowledge in team effectiveness, business management and leadership. This qualification is a great stepping stone into management or a formalisation of your skills already acquired at work. Deliver better business results and get a competitive edge.

On successful completion of the qualification, you will be entitled to use the post nominal DipLeadMgt after your name.

This diploma is a nationally recognised qualification that provides you with insight into the latest management techniques. The course is tailored for those working in pharmacy, but course knowledge is transferable to a wide range of management roles.

Future study opportunities

Upon the completion of your Diploma, you may be able to apply for credit towards PSA’s Graduate Diploma of Applied Pharmacy Practice (10373NAT), Chifley Business School’s Postgraduate courses and Bachelor courses through Swinburne University and Raffles College. The units you can have credit transferred for depend on the course you choose. Entry into these courses is subject to meeting their eligibility criteria.

The VET Student Loans program is an Australian Government loan program that helps eligible students enrolled in approved courses at approved course providers pay their tuition fees.

If you are intending to enrol into the full qualification Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51915) with PSA, VET Student Loans may be available to you if you meet the eligibility requirements.
