Remuneration and Reform Roadshow
PSA leaders hosted more than 20 seminars during February and March as part of the 2017 PSA national roadshow focusing on remuneration and reform.
PSA members and non-members attended the roadshow sessions, held right across Australia including in all capital cities as well as several regional locations including Wollongong, Geraldton, Newcastle, Warrnambool and Townsville.
Key issues discussed included updates on the Review of Pharmacy Remuneration and Regulation, how PSA is working to improve remuneration for the whole profession and supporting pharmacists to work at their full scope of practice.
The roadshow was also supported by Early Career Pharmacists, who eagerly engaged in the events and discussions.
There were also a wide range of pharmacists from different career settings involved including community pharmacy, hospital, industry, government, emergency medicine, drug and alcohol, academia, consulting and community liaison.
