The six state and one NAPSA finalists each counselled two patients, one seeking stomach acid treatment and the other suffering a sore knee, both with underlying factors to be brought out and appropriately addressed.
The decision for the judges, PSA’s Debbie Rigby and Dimitra Tsucsalas, NAPSA President Paul Buise, La Trobe University’s Professor Kenn Raymond and Alphapharm’s Allan Tillack, was by no means easy with all contestants performing admirably and professionally.
Ms Pascoe received the Alphapharm National Travel Prize, which includes travel, accommodation and registration to the International Pharmaceutical Students Federation (IPSF) conference in
PSOTY continues to be proudly sponsored by Alphapharm. Mr Tillack said the competition was among the most satisfying events the company was involved in.
