How the program works
The program creates an essential link between the customer, the pharmacist, and the product, by providing vital, up-to-the-minute information and advice related to major health issues.
Over 80 of the most-frequently-asked-about health topics are covered by the program's Fact Card health information system across 14 categories -each one designed to provide essential information for staff, customers, and link medicines and pharmacy products to successful health outcomes.
And the facts speak for themselves. The many pharmacists who have participated in the program so far have enjoyed the numerous benefits of increased customer loyalty and professional satisfaction.
The fact that Self Care education is peer-reviewed and evidence based as well as health condition-focused rather than product specific stands it apart from other programs.
