Terms and Conditions
PSA has a marketing agreement with Med-E-Serv, the provider of PriMeD Pharmacy, for the sale of subscriptions to PriMeD Pharmacy. Access to PriMeD Pharmacy is validated by PSA systems via the PSA website.
PSA’s use of any information provided by you is governed by PSA’s Privacy Policy. Med-E-Serv is responsible to you for the delivery of PriMeD Pharmacy, its operation and maintenance. The agreement to use the service is between you and Med-E-Serv and the Terms and Conditions of Use can be viewed within the PriMeD Pharmacy service.
You will be able to access and use PriMeD Pharmacy for a twelve month period, beginning on the day that your subscription is activated by PSA. If you are not a member of PSA, you will be issued with access details (login and password) when your payment is processed. If you are a member, you will be able to gain access to PriMeD Pharmacy using your existing PSA member access details; if you do not have these, please request them via the PSA website.
At the end of the subscription period, PSA will, on behalf of Med-E-Serv, send you an invitation to re-subscribe to PriMeD Pharmacy for the following year at the appropriate rate.
When your access to PriMeD Pharmacy is validated on PSA’s internet site, PSA will disclose your name, email address, gender and birth date (where recorded) to Med-E-Serv for the purposes of recognising you as a paid subscriber to PriMeD Pharmacy. Med-E-Serv will hold this information as a user record.
The first time you access PriMeD Pharmacy, you will be asked to provide or confirm information about yourself. This is for Med-E-Serv records. PSA is not collecting this information, nor is the information linked to PSA’s member records.
Med-E-Serv will periodically provide to PSA details of units that you have completed for inclusion in your PSA member record.
Although PSA manages subscriptions for PriMeD Pharmacy to be made available as a subscription service from Med-E-Serv, PSA is not responsible for the delivery of PriMeD Pharmacy, its contents, operation or maintenance. Med-E-Serv, in providing PriMeD Pharmacy to you, is not acting as an agent or representative of PSA. Therefore, PSA makes no warranty or assurance as to the content, suitability, continued availability or delivery of PriMeD Pharmacy.
By subscribing to PriMeD Pharmacy, you accept these terms and conditions, including the provision of your name, email address, gender and date of birth (where recorded) to Med-E-Serv for the purposes described above
