This activity has been accredited for 0.5 hours of Group 1 CPD (or 0.5 CPD credits) suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist’s CPD plan, which can be converted to 0.5 hours of Group 2 CPD (or 1 CPD credit) upon successful completion of relevant assessment activities.
Learning objectivesAfter completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:
- Explain how dispensing information flows to the My Health Record, and how medicines information can be accessed in the record.
- Identify clinical implications associated inaccuracies in dispensing records uploaded to a patient’s My Health Record.
- Discuss the role of the My Health Record as a summary of clinical information, not a complete medical history.
