We are now seeking expressions of interest from experienced Pharmacists interested in working in a collaborative team role within a General Practice setting.  This work will focus on the integration of non-dispensing pharmacists into General Practice.  These dynamic roles will be tailored to suits the needs of the practice with activities focussed on medication management for the patient, the practice and the health system.

Key duties and tasks will include:

• Patient directed services
• Practice based quality assurance activities
• Staff directed services
• Liaison services.

Interested candidates should possess the following key attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to influence and facilitate change
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations to small groups, including excellent written communication skills
• Sound clinical skills and current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• The ability and enthusiasm to work independently or as part of a team
• Well-developed organisational skills including time management.
