The Certificate III level qualification is  a complete course. Students are provided with course notes and are required to submit written assignments as part of the assessment process.  This qualification contains units of competencies which cover, in further depth, pharmacy knowledge including health categories and related product knowledge, customer relations, and dispensary operations.
