Product Manager




The PSA is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to mould and develop around PSA’s vast product line. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager you will be given opportunity to take ownership of your space all while being guided by an experienced and friendly team. The Product Manager will be responsible for end to end management and oversight of the PSA Product Lifecycle. This job also includes ensuring that products support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Engagement Coordinator




The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the State Manager and the local team as well as being part of the broader National Membership Services team. The role includes coordination of office and facilities, administration support to the State Manager, secretariat services for Branch Committee meetings and its members, along with supporting the member engagement function and being a point of administration contact when the State Manager is not in the office.

Learner Support Officer




The Learner Support Officer will be responsible for providing learner support to students and interns undertaking PSA training and qualifications and some practice support and advice to PSA members (within scope). The role will be responsible for promoting PSA products and services to members and non-members. The role includes provision of customer service excellence to members and customers.

Member Services Officer




The primary purpose of the role is high-quality and efficient customer service for PSA members and non-members. The role is required to process sales of education, products, events and services, and all administration to support the membership function, with high attention to detail and within agreed service times.

Key Account Manager




The responsibilities for the Key Account Manager include growing the company’s revenue by ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities within the Pharmacy Channel. The Key Account Manager within the PSA will be a self-starter and have exceptional people and organisation skills. Ultimately, an exceptional Key Account Manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.
