Head of Human Resources & Governance

The Head of HR & Governance is a role located in the ACT and will lead the PSA Human Resources (HR) and Governance team ensuring the business has the people and organisational capabilities and governance frameworks supported by strategic and tactical activities that enable PSA to succeed in delivering upon strategic, regulatory and legislative requirements.

Pharmacist - Training & Delivery

The Pharmacist – Training & Delivery is part time ongoing role located on the east coast of Australia and will deliver PSA events including face-to-face educational activities in their local state and other locations (as required) working closely with the events team. The role will be responsible for promoting PSA products and services to members and non-members. The role includes provision of customer service excellence to members and customers.

Administration Officer - Events

The Administration Officer – Events is responsible for supporting the events team to effectively deliver PSA events including conferences, Intern Training Program workshops, immunisation training practical workshops and other minor events that support PSA initiatives and revenue generating activity relating to PSA’s education and training products. The role is a full time contract based in Sydney and reports to and works under the direction of the Events Manager. The role will require strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver events in line with customer expectations and contribute to ongoing improvement throughout the event delivery framework.

Finance Officer

The Finance Officer is a part time role reporting to the Financial Controller. This position requires a team player that will assist the, Financial Controller and CFO process accounts, answer financial related queries, prepare month end reports, journals and assist with adhoc duties.

The Manager – CPD is responsible and accountable for development and delivery of education content and knowledge assets to deliver on an agreed brief, of learning products by PSA staff or contractors. Including content, usability and customer experience.

Manager - Training Delivery

The Manager – Training Delivery is a full time ongoing role responsible for the delivery of high quality, current and innovative education programs nationally with a portfolio that includes intern training, immunisation, RTO qualifications and CPD activities. This role reports directly to the General Manager for Education & Training Delivery and requires someone with strategic vision, a passion for cross-functional collaboration and the ability to lead a high performing team. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for ensuring a high quality learner experience and looking to take the next step in their career. This role will provide the opportunity to mentor and lead 4 direct reports as well as the broader team across the country.

State Manager Tasmania

The Tasmanian State Manager is a part time or full time opportunity based in our Tasmanian officer and reports to the Chief Executive Officer based in Canberra, ACT. The role will manage the TAS Office and all PSA TAS associated member program delivery functions. The TAS office offers a variety of member services, including professional development events, which could range from single lectures to extended courses and conferences. In addition to contributing to development and enhancement of practice knowledge and skills, these important events and activities provide pharmacists with valuable networking opportunities, support and engagement with PSA.

Governance Coordinator

The Governance Coordinator is a full time position reporting to the Head of HR & Governance. The role will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of Governance to provide administrative and coordination support of the PSA Board and Sub-Committees.

Professional Practice Pharmacist

PART TIME

 

The Professional Practice Pharmacist will be responsible for the development of practical and relevant education and practice support content to support workforce development across practice settings and the practice continuum as defined in the current National Competency Standards for Pharmacists in Australia.

The role is a part time contract and will require strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver content in line with member expectations and contribute to ongoing improvement.
