RTO Policies

PSA is a registered training organisation and offers qualifications including certificate and diploma-level courses tailored for pharmacists, interns and pharmacy staff.

Unique student identifier

New legislation effective from 1 January 2015 requires students to obtain and provide their Unique Student Identifier (USI) to PSA on enrolment as we require the USI to issue a qualification, Certificate or Statement of Attainment. Further information is available from: http://usi.gov.au/Pages/default.aspx

Quality indicator data

These indicators are based on survey responses from students who complete a qualification with PSA and employers selected by PSA in accordance with National Guidelines.

Government-funded enrolment fees by state and territory

Some qualifications may have government-funded placements available such as traineeships.

Traineeships funded by state governments are subject to an enrolment fee; the PSA must charge the fee that is stipulated by the applicable state legislation. This varies between jurisdictions. Where other state government funding is available, it is also noted with applicable fee if relevant in the fees schedule.

Government funded programs have student eligibility criteria which must be met to qualify for the funded placement. There may be limitations on the number of government-funded places available for some qualifications.
