PSA appoints newest ECP Board Director
4 November 2026
The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) welcomes the appointment of Lily Pham MPS as the Early Career Pharmacist (ECP) Director on the National Board.
Effective 1 January 2027, Ms Pham succeeds Dr Ayomide (Mide) Ogundipe MPS, who has served on the National Board since July 2023.
Ms Pham is a lecturer and PhD candidate at the University of Sydney and also practises as a hospital and community pharmacist.
Currently serving as a vice president on the NSW Branch Committee, Ms Pham has been an elected Branch Committee member for the past five years, served as the NSW Chair of the ECP Community of Special Interest, and worked for PSA as a Professional Support Officer. Her contributions to PSA and the profession earned her the title of NSW ECP of the Year in 2025.
PSA National President, Professor Mark Naunton MPS, was proud to announce Ms Pham’s appointment.
“Lily has been a valued member of the PSA for many years, and her appointment to the board is well deserved,” said Professor Naunton.
“I look forward to welcoming and onboarding Lily as she steps into the Early Career Pharmacist Director role.
“The PSA is proud to give early career pharmacists a voice and to acknowledge their importance at the board level. As the home for all pharmacists, we are committed to supporting every pharmacist across all practice settings and career stages.”
Professor Naunton also thanked the outgoing Early Career Pharmacist Director, Dr Ogundipe.
“Chairing the most recent edition of the Code of Ethics for Pharmacists, Mide has always been willing to stand up and contribute to the broader pharmacy profession,” Professor Naunton continued.
“During her time on the board, I have greatly appreciated and admired Mide’s ability to see beyond the ECP lens and to advocate for ECPs and the pharmacy profession as a whole.
“I want to sincerely thank Mide for her ongoing service, as she continues to make a positive impact on the pharmacy profession throughout her term on the WA Branch Committee.”
