Pharmacy in Australia: Measuring Employment, Labour decisions and Activity (PAMELA) survey

How do you want to practise?

Help PSA shape the pharmacy workforce of the future.

Have your say!

PSA, supported by the University of Queensland, has launched the Pharmacy in Australia: Measuring Employment, Labour decisions and Activity (PAMELA) pharmacist workforce survey.

The aim of the survey is to better understand the current work decisions, preferences and job satisfaction levels of pharmacists and what factors are key in making decisions. We would like to better understand why some people choose to leave the profession.

If you have a pharmacy degree, even if you are not registered or practising, please participate. We also strongly encourage pharmacists who are practising in a non-traditional role, as well as those practising in rural and remote locations, to participate.

The PAMELA survey is open and can be accessed at:

Depending on your responses, the survey is expected to take about 15–20 minutes to complete.
