The PSA in partnership with Glaucoma Australia is hosting a three module online learning activity to help increase glaucoma disease knowledge, enhance behaviour change understanding and provide training to assist pharmacists when conducting medication adherence discussions with patients prescribed glaucoma medication.
Accreditation number: CONL1612
This activity has been accredited for 2 hours of Group 1 CPD (or 1 CPD credits) suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist’s CPD plan which can be converted to 2 hours of Group 2 CPD (or 4 CPD credits) upon successful completion of relevant assessment activities.
Modules adapted from the Glaucoma Australia and UTS Pharmacy 2014 publication ‘Improving Adherence in Glaucoma – A Manual for Pharmacists’. These modules have been reviewed by SMEs identified by Glaucoma Australia.
